Namnvalet C/O (Care of) Nature, kommer av att vi möts på olika ställen i naturen, C/O men också för att jag bryr mig om vår natur ”care of” och att naturen tar hand om oss.

Mottot ”leave nothing but footprints” – är något av en ledstjärna, det ska inte synas att vi varit där när vi lämnar platsen. Jag har valt att använda mig av en husvagn som hub för mitt företag, vid behov packar jag in utrustning den utrustning som behövs, och kan möta upp dig, ger dig en valfrihet angående plats.

Jag som driver C/O Nature heter Carina Eriksson, och är uppväxt med friluftslivet. Redan innan jag kunde gå var jag ute med familjen i båten, senare kom tälten in i bilden och även lite husvagn.

Jag lämnade de värmländska skogarna 1997 för att jobba i Lund, saknade naturen enormt, så när min dotter var 3 år började jag som ledare i Friluftsfrämjandet. Efter 13 år som barnledare så utbildades jag till Låglandsvandringsledare och blev ledare för Äventyrliga Vuxna 2017.

Som ledare i Friluftsfrämjandet har jag haft möjlighet att utvecklas både som ledare och individ. Jag har även under de senaste åren gått ett flertal kurser inom ledarskap, projektledning och kreativitetsutveckling.

Då säkerhet är en stor del av att klara av att vara ute i naturen, har jag fokuserat på olika utbildningar. Jag är en av de 50 guider som får titulera sig Certifierad Naturguide (en internationell certifiering) och en av de 20 guider i Sverige som är utbildade till Certified Interpretive Guide, vilket är en europeisk certifiering för guider. Jag är även en utbildad ledare inom vandring och en friskvårdsguide.

”Det är något visst med att vara ute!
Att känna frisk luft i ens andetag och solen eller vinden mot kinden. Jag har haft det yttersta nöjet att få vara med Carina ute. En promenad där knoppar fick namn, där en historia om närområdet avlöste en annan, så jag kände att jag nästan var där i det förflutna. Så häftigt. Att sen få maten tillagad utomhus och bara var i solen var helt underbart.
Tiden gick men kändes som en blinkning. Denna upplevelse för mig var som riktig balsam för min själ!

I can offer you tailored day and/or evening events filled with experiences, knowledge, skills, challenges after your requests.

I can meet up with the caravan (when needed) — I fill it with the needed equipment, supplies, food and books etc. It also has the facility WC.
